Land claims can halt development, block financing, and create uncertainty for farmers. Saai’s Land Claims Platform allows you to instantly check whether your land has an active or pending land claim.

Our database includes all government gazettes since 1998 and also enables you to submit a request to the land claims commissioner for unpublished claims. Stay informed and protect your investment from uncertainty!

Saai in Zimbabwe

Our Zimbabwean constituency was born from the widespread resistance against compensation in government-backed bonds, and the need for independent, uncaptured, and authentic representation of the interests of title deed holders across the globe who are eligible for compensation in terms of the Government of Zimbabwe’s commitments. This platform offers a space for communication and information for those supporters.

Saai and RRAIN

Saai and RRAIN share a commitment to strengthening agriculture, supporting farmers, and building resilient rural communities through collaboration, innovation, and practical development initiatives.

Together, these organisations contribute to agricultural growth through farmer support, research, training, outreach, and partnership-driven solutions that empower rural communities across Southern Africa. Their aligned approach promotes sustainable development, stronger agricultural networks, knowledge-sharing, and practical support systems that benefit family farmers and rural stakeholders alike.

This platform serves as a space for communication, collaboration, and shared information for supporters, partners, and communities connected to these initiatives.
